blood root is looking nice- cool temperatures help, winds not so much. It has spread - tribute to Ruth MacDonald's quilt at the New England Quilt Museum, Lowell.

Got caught in a Tangling sequence...the circular, black and white portion on the right is an ATC I did a while ago. I punched the circle out  of a scrap of paper, a bit smaller than the page and put the card under the circle.

I used a variation on this page, kind of working out the pattern

I traced an old leaf stencil on the right, only shading with pencil.The dots are on the following, larger page.

Art Journal 2019

I created a page for the old pine that stands in the forest, despite missing a large portion of its trunk...
the tag slide in so just the green is seen.

I started caring about this pine while walking Monty (2000 -2008), our handsome blue Great Dane. I wrote free verse and made a hand-sized journal 
I have photos---- 
they are stitched together as an accordion and have text hand printed on each
